The location is very easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a convenient appointment, and the office has all the up to date technology. Dr. Ivory was the only specialist that my mother would agree to see after trying, unsuccessfully, a handful of others over a decade. To mention that my mother, and frankly our entire family, was happy with this choice is a huge understatement. Dr. Ivory changed her life, and in-turn, our family for the better. I purchased my first set of hearing aids from Dr Ivory. As a nurse, I had specific criteria for selecting a clinician - I definitely wanted a knowledgeable Audiologist, but also the assurance that verification by Real Ear Measurement would be utilized as part of the fitting process.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Ivory and his practice. I've been wearing hearing aids for 23 years and have worked with a good number of audiologists during that time, both here in Los Angeles, and elsewhere. And after just two visits, I can already state with confidence that Dr. Ivory is among the best.

He knows his stuff, has great equipment, and he's kind, easy to talk to, and accommodating. He helped me troubleshoot an existing aid that needed to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs...and got it back to me in record time. And it doesn't hurt that his La Cañada office is right off the highway, and with plenty of free parking. Dr. Kevin Ivory earned his Doctor of Audiology degree from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, one of the top 10 audiology residential programs in the country. Dr. Ivory grew up in La Cañada Flintridge and is honored to practice in his hometown. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Ivory is also a university instructor at both California State University, Los Angeles and Northridge.
