Phonak Paradise

The new Phonak Paradise has been applauded by consumers and audiologists alike for its remarkable performance and features.

About the

Paradise

The new Phonak Paradise has been applauded by consumers and audiologists alike for its remarkable performance and features. While it looks similar to it’s predecessor, the Phonak Marvel, Paradise offers advancements that is making it the most popular Phonak model to date.

The new Paradise hearing aids is available in four models and is built using a new chip called Prism. This offers double the memory of Marvel devices but does not increase the size of the hearing aid.

Phonak understands the importance of bluetooth and connectivity. With Paradise, wearers can pair hearing aids with up to eight bluetooth enabled devices. Even more impressive, wearers can stay connected to two devices at once! This way wearers can be listening to music and seamlessly accept an incoming call from their smartphone.

Finally, the Phonak Paradise includes built in motion sensors which tracks the movement of the wearer and makes adjustments accordingly. So for example if a wearer is at a party, moving around - the microphones will understand that receiving auditory input from all around is beneficial. If the wearer then sits down and remains sedentary, Phonak Paradise will adjust the microphones to focus on sound coming in from a person speaking to the wearer.

Dr. Kevin Ivory is highly experienced fitting and programming Phonak hearing aids using real ear measurements. This ensures your hearing aid prescription is never guessed and yields much higher satisfaction for wearers. UPDATE OCTOBER 2021 - The New Waterproof Paradise Audeo Life hearing aids!

One of the most common causes of hearing aid repairs is accidentally exposing your hearing aids to liquids or moisture. It's no wonder that many hearing aid consumers are in search of genuinely waterproof hearing aids. Most active hearing aids are labeled as water-resistant, water-repellent, shower-resistant, or moisture-resistant. These are intended to slow down but not entirely stop water penetration. With the Audeo Life, one of the world's first waterproof hearing aids, all of that has changed.

Features of the Audeo Life Paradise

Waterproof to a depth of 1.6 feet

Accidently hopped into the shower with your hearing aids on? No problem. The new Phonak Audéo Life hearing aid is entirely waterproof, showerproof, and sweatproof in up to 1.6 feet (50cm) of water. The secret is a unique housing and special coating called Parylene, which entirely seals the hearing aid and provides this protection against liquids. This substance also contributes to Audeo Life's overall durability, being entirely impervious to rain and sweat.

Unplugged charging with Induction technology

Wireless charging (also known as inductive charging) is a quick and easy way to charge your phone. It eliminates the need for wires by transferring power between the charging station and the device using electromagnetic fields rather than a cable. The Audeo Life hearing aids are held in place by magnets while charging in their charging case. All of this is held together in the included Phonak Charger Case Go.

The new Audéo Life hearing aids also feature Phonak's next-generation Paradise hearing technology, which includes a powerful chipset, motion sensor, speech enhancer, tap control, personalization, and, last but not least, real multi-device connectivity to any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone.

Sensors that detect movement

The Audeo Life has built-in state-of-the-art motion sensors that improve the user's hearing and sound directionality while walking or jogging while conversing. This technology detects whether the wearer is stationary or moving and the difficulty of the hearing situation, resulting in a more natural sound and greater sound focus.

Wireless connectivity

The Audeo Life can connect to up to eight Bluetooth devices simultaneously, with two of them being active simultaneously. The user may adjust the listening environment, loudness, bass/treble balance, and noise cancellation level via the included Phonak app.

Control with just a tap

Previous Phonak hearing aid models used a push button on the device to access Bluetooth functionality, such as answering calls or pausing streaming. Tap Control takes Audeo Life a step further, and a simple double-tap of the hearing aid does the work of several button clicks. It can also activate Voice Assistants on your smartphones such as Alexa, Siri, or Google. Phonak has expanded and augmented its cutting-edge Paradise technology with the Audéo Life. According to research, Audéo Life could persuade one out of every five persons with untreated hearing loss to get their first set of hearing aids.
